We store your information carefully and securely. Personal data such as name, address, email and phone number are stored securely within our marketing partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS) secure storage infrastructure. We use MFA/2FA along with secure passwords to limit access to your data. Access is limited solely to Escapeium Limited directors. Information pertaining to debit/credit card transactions are stored securely within PayPal. We only obtain, use and retain personal information that is relevant to and not excessive for the purpose that we require it.
We acknowledge your rights to access and control your personal information, correction and deletion of your information, and your right to withdraw consent. In line with the GDPR, you have the right to access, delete or modify any information that we hold relating to you. Should you request your information to be deleted, we will do so within 30 days, and we will in any case delete it when we no longer have a need to retain it which will be no longer than 10 years after we last had any contact with you.
Any request to delete personal information can made no sooner that 60 days after your experience with Escapeium Limited has taken place. Data subject rights may be limited in the event that doing so would expose personal detail of other persons, or if we are asked to delete data that we are required to keep by law.
